Each user can now use their own My Page.
When you purchase a theme, you will be redirected from the previous sales page to the new purchase page in My Page.
With the new system, you will be able to do the followings
- Credit cards are accepted (previously, only bank transfer and PayPal were accepted)
- You can download all the products you have purchased, and invoices and license certificates can be issued automatically and instantly.
If you have forgotten your download password for a theme you purchased in the past, or if you need an invoice, you can log in to My Page to use it smoothly.
If you have purchased a TCD theme before, you will receive a password for logging in to My Page at the e-mail address you used when you purchased the theme.
※On January 20th, we are in the process of importing the purchase history of all customers into the new system, so your past purchase history may not be reflected yet. Many of you may not have received your login information yet.
Until the update is complete, please contact customer support with your email address to download the themes for your past purchases. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
