Optimization of the smartphone version and multiple adjustments and bug fixes

■Brush-up and adjustment of the smartphone version design (optimization of image display size, margins, and font size)
■Added fixed footer bar function for smartphones.
■Fixed the display specification of the widget for smartphones in landscape mode.
■Added an optional category selection item to the top page > tab article list.
■Added the ability to set ads 1-3 on the article detail page and ads for smartphones.
■Added the ability to set the header logo (for smartphones).
■Corrected theme option wording

・Updated the reference link for “Twitter cards”.
■Updated the OGP feature.
※In addition to fixing the output of OGP tags on all pages, pages that do not have eye-catching images, such as archive pages, have been optimized to output alternative images set in the theme options as og:images.
