Optimization of the smartphone version and multiple adjustments and bug fixes

【Contents of fixes and function additions】
■Brush-up and adjustment of the smartphone version design (optimization of image display size, margins, and font size)
■Added fixed footer bar function for smartphones.
■Changed the wording of the theme options (“Theme Options” → “TCD Theme Options”)
■Changed the wording of theme options (changed the reference link for “Twitter cards”)
■Optimized OGP function and fixed bugs.
※OGP tags are now output on all pages, and pages without eye catching images, such as archive pages, are now optimized to output alternative images set in the theme options as og:images.
※Modified for SSL WordPress measures.
■Apply microdata structured markup recommended by google to breadcrumb list code.
■Fixed a bug that the same number (number of comments) is displayed in all comment balloons in Dashboard > Comments > Comment List.
■Updates and bug fixes for the quick tag feature
(1) Bug in the text editor where the heading tags inserted when using the heading button were the same (all h3).
(Edited file: functions/custom_editor.php)
(2) Issue where button colors are not reflected when color buttons are inserted in the visual editor.
(Edited file: admin/js/mce-button.js)
(3) Fixed a bug where buttons are displayed twice in the text editor.
※With this fix, it is now possible to use the quick tag feature in theme files alone.
(You don’t need to install Addquicktag plugin and import configuration files to use quick tags until now.)
