Optimization of multiple functions and bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed an error that occurred when referring to a non-existent file.
■Fixed to support the movement of the display position by mouse dragging in the map inserted by using the TCD GoogleMaps plugin.
■Re-adjusted the breadcrumb list.
※This fix resolves the display collapse that occurred on the lower level pages when viewed on a smartphone.
■Optimized OGP function and fixed bugs.
※OGP tags are now output on all pages, and pages that don’t have eye catching images, such as archive pages, are now optimized to output alternative images set in the theme options as og:images.
※Fixed a bug to prevent WordPress from using SSL.
■Fixed the theme option text (changed the reference link of “Twitter cards”).
■Added recommended posts setting item to post list screen > Quick Edit.
■Fixed a bug where the same number (the number of all comments) was displayed in the callouts of all comment destinations in Dashboard > Comments > Comments List.
