Optimized OGP function and fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of fixes and additional features】
■Optimized OGP function and fixed several bugs.
※OGP tags are now output on all pages. For pages that do not have an eye catching image, such as archive pages. In addition, for pages that do not have an eye catching image, such as archive pages, the alternative image set in the theme options will be output as og:image.
※Fixed a bug to prevent WordPress from using SSL.
■Fixed code to resolve multiple Notice errors.
■In Dashboard > Comments > Comments List Fixed a bug where the same number (total number of comments) was displayed in all comment balloons.
■Fixed annotations in Theme Options > Twitter Cards settings
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
