Multiple feature additions, specification improvements and bug fixes

【Contents of fixes】
■Added fixed footer bar function for smartphones.
■Apply microdata format structured markup recommended by google to breadcrumb list code.
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
■Logo Settings > Fixed the recommended width of the header logo image for the lower level pages.
■Fixed a bug in the quick tag feature when using the text editor.
※With this fix, it is now possible to use the quick tag feature with just the theme file itself (you no longer need to install the Addquicktag plugin and import the configuration file).
