Fixed several bugs and improved item display setting specifications

【Contents of fixes and function additions】
■Fixed a bug in the header slider where the slides were not displayed in the order of the setting fields.
■Fixed a bug that occurred in the ver2.7 update where Theme Options > Display Settings for each item were not reflected.
※With this fix, we have added support for showing/hiding the dates of individual “Announcement Posts” and “Blog Posts”.
