Multiple bug fixes and style adjustments for tablet landscape size

【Contents of fixes】
■Adjusted the display style in a 1200px width environment (tablet landscape / 10-inch / 12-inch PC)
■Corrected the notation of the recommended image size in the fixed page templates 1 and 2.
(Corrected the recommended size of the images displayed in three rows: “570px width, 330px height” → “370px width, 240px height”)
■Fixed a bug in the gallery menu creation function in the custom post “Special”.
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
