Adding recommended article function and fixing bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Added the function of recommended, pickup and featured articles.
■Added the ability to select article types in the designed article list.
■Fixed a bug in the display of ads.
■Fixed a bug in the display of the calendar widget on smartphones.
■Updated the quick tag setting file.

【Information about supported browsers】
IE10 and earlier browsers are no longer supported by Microsoft in January 2016.
As a result, TCD themes will no longer be supported or modified (display and functions) to support older browsers.
※We will continue to provide support and fixes for IE11 and later browsers. We would like to thank you for your understanding.
