Multiple feature additions and adjustments to the post screen

【Details of changes】
■Added the ability to center the product name and excerpt in the [Product List Settings] -> [Top Page Product List Settings].
■Added a fourth column to the product page to enter the description.
■Implemented article types (Recommended, Pickup, Feature).
　→Selectable in the designed article list widget (with or without date display)
■Added 3 and 4 seconds to the number of seconds on the load screen.
■Changed the display of the template setting screen for fixed pages.
