Multiple bug fixes and style adjustments

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in the slider display in IE.
■Fixed a bug in the map display.
■Adjusted quick tag style of card link parts and fixed pages.
■Adjusted the position of the text displayed by hovering on the circular banner (third block of the top page).
■Fixed the problem that the links in the square banner (top page block 5) were not linked.
