Multiple bug fixes and feature additions

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in which images were not displayed in the slider and other functions (sometimes displayed when scrolling) (IE)
■Fixed a bug in which the display position of the text in the hover expression of the circular banner was misaligned (Safari)
■Corrected the position of the global menu (submenu) that responds to the mouse.
■Fixed a bug that caused layout collapse when entering comments.
■Fixed a bug that the checkbox “Show next and previous article links on the article details page” works properly.
■Fixed a bug where the checkbox for “Show related articles on the article detail page” would function correctly.
■Fixed a bug that the date is displayed on the article detail page even if the “Show date” checkbox is unchecked in the display settings of each item.
■Fixed the style of the fixed pages.
■Fixed other minor bugs (error messages, forgetting to close tags, etc.)
■Change in the content of the quick tags

【Functionality added】
■Added “Blog Post List Page URL” item to the “Blog” theme option.
(Used to specify the link destination from the breadcrumb list)
■Add social button function.

【Other】
However, there is a known issue with this update: when the “Smooth Scrolling” function of IE (including MS Edge) is turned on, the scrolling of the top page (Parallax) will not work. If you have turned on the “Smooth Scroll” function in IE (including MS Edge), the scrolling of the top page (Parallax) will be choppy. This is a known problem. This problem can be resolved by turning off the above option, but the default setting of IE is ON.
Please note that IE will not be affected by this issue in subsequent versions.
