Changed the SNS icons in the footer when viewed on a PC
【Contents of the modification】
■Changed the icons for social networking sites such as Instagram, which used to be displayed only on smartphones, to be displayed on PCs as well.
■Added support for the Notice error that was displayed in debug mode.
