Fixed bug when setting header video and updated page builder function

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in the header content settings where alternative images were not displayed on iPad when videos and Youtube were selected at top page.
■Fixed a bug in the page builder.
・Added “0” margin for h3h4 under headline and catch to page builder CSS.
・Added “Margin between columns (for smart phone)” setting item to “Row”.
・Fixed a bug that the arrow in the slider would move and become invisible when hovering.
・Fixes to allow the page builder to complete the specification of the image size displayed in the slider.
・Fixed a bug that the top bar of the editor (“Add Content” and “Add Row” buttons) will be fixed to the top when scrolling the post screen.
・Display collapse on iPad when width is specified.
・Fixed a bug that the textarea of text content is outputted as white text when “Do not use visual rich editor” is selected in user settings.
・Fixed translation issues
