Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug that the check mark color set in the custom post type “Service” recommendation list setting was not reflected.
■Fixed a bug that the layout of the archive page is broken when there is no body of the article in “Services”.
■Fixed a bug that HTML tags are sometimes output as text in the archive page of each custom post type.
　※The HTML tags in the article will not be output in the excerpt displayed on the archive page.
■Changed to not show “permalink” and “preview button” from the post editing screen of custom post type “FAQ”.
　※”FAQ” is a content that does not have individual detail pages and is all displayed in the archive page.
