Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug where the h1 tag did not exist.
■Fixed a bug that the layout of the “Activity Report” archive page was sometimes broken when displayed on a tablet.
■Fixed a bug that the title of the article and the category display sometimes overlap on the “Activity Report” page when the eye catch is not set.
■Fixed a bug that the slug of “Activity Report” is also reflected in the slug of “Activity Report Category”.
　→It will automatically take the form “(slug for “activity report”)_category”.
■Fixed so that text is output when the logo image for smartphones is not set.
■Fixed a bug that unnecessary text may be displayed under the copywrite notation when displayed on a smartphone.
■Fixed a display bug in the slider (only occurs in IE).
■Fixed a layout collapse in the footer (only occurs in IE).
■Changed layout settings to be reflected in fixed pages as well.
■Removed unnecessary buttons in the TCD theme options.
