Multiple fixes and modernization of fixed footer bar for smartphones

【Contents of fixes】
■Fixed a bug that caused the slider to go blank in some environments.
(The slider script has been changed to reflect this fix.)
■Fixed an error in header.php to strengthen security.
■Updated the fixed footer bar for smartphones (changed the share button icon and adjusted the share content).
