Fixed multiple bugs and improved specifications of some functions

【Contents of fixes】
■Japanese localization of untranslated parts of the page builder screen.
■Fixed the scroll position of the header circular button.
■Fixed a bug where the Facebook and Twitter page URLs set in Theme Options > Footer > SNS Button Settings were outputted interchangeably.
■Fixed missing slash in the URL output for Facebook OGP.
■Fixed to allow password restriction even for custom post type “Gallery” posts.
■Fixed the output code of the quick tag function.
■Fixed a bug in the blog archive page when the date or category is not displayed in Blog > Display Settings.
