Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of fix】
■Fixed a bug that caused the screen to go blank on the article detail page.
■Fixed a bug where the slash was missing from the URL output for Facebook OGP.
■Adjusted the fixed footer bar setting field for smartphones.
■Fixed a bug that the page was not displayed when ACCESS page template was selected.
■Fixed a bug that the text color of the phone number is not reflected in the tablet display.
■Fixed an annotation in Theme Options > Twitter Cards settings.
