Added footer menu display function and fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of fixes and additions】
■Added the ability to display the global menu in the footer area on the smartphone version (you can choose to show or hide it).
■Fixed a bug that the logo text is not displayed when the logo image is not set on the smartphone version.
■Fixed an issue where the thumbnail images on the “Previous Article/Next Article Links” section of the article details page were not displayed properly.
■Fixed an issue where the starting point of the title shifts when the “Do not show thumbnails” setting is enabled on the article detail page of the smartphone version.
■Optimized responsive display on iPhone 6plus in landscape mode.
■Fixed the bug that the menu does not expand when tapping the menu button after scrolling when the header is fixed on the smartphone version.
■Fixed a bug where some input items in theme options were automatically translated.
