Fixed several bugs and adjusted styles for tablet landscape size

【Contents of fixes and added functions】
■Brush-up and adjustment of the smartphone version design (optimization of image display size, margins, and font size)
■Fixed the display position of the header bar so that the display position of the header can be set separately for PC and smartphone.
■Added fixed footer bar function for smartphones.
■Optimized OGP function and fixed bugs.
※OGP tags will be output on all pages, and pages that don’t have eye catching images, such as archive pages, will be optimized to output alternative images set in theme options as og:image.
※Modified for SSL WordPress measures.
■Apply microdata structured markup recommended by google to the breadcrumb list code.
■Fixed a bug in the quick tag function when using the text editor.
※With this fix, it is now possible to use the quick tag feature with just the theme file itself. (There is no need to install the Addquicktag plugin and import the configuration file, which were previously required to use quick tags.)
■Fixed bugs in the quick tag function.
　(1) Fixed a bug in the text editor that caused the heading tags inserted when using the heading buttons to be identical (all h3).
　(2) Fixed a bug in the visual editor where the button color was not reflected when color buttons were inserted.
■Fixed an issue where the same number (total number of comments) is displayed in the callouts of all comment destinations in Dashboard > Comments > Comments List.
