Fixed a bug and applied structured markup to breadcrumb list

【Contents of the fix】
■Apply microdata format structured markup recommended by google to the breadcrumb list code.
■Fixed an issue where the avatar size displayed on the contributor list page was not optimized.
■Changed the wording of theme options (“Theme Options” -> “TCD Theme Options”)
■Adjusted the style of the widget “Designed posts list”.
