Modification of the menu display specifications and improvement of the map display setting method

【Contents of fixes and function additions】
■Fixed a bug that caused the global menu to be displayed in an unreadable state on some tablet environments.
※In addition to the above, we have added a new feature that allows you to set the global menu to be displayed in the same way as it is displayed on a smartphone.

■Fixed a bug that the marker position of the map automatically obtained from the address may be slightly different from the position displayed on Google Maps.
※Added a setting field in the theme options so that the marker position can be specified by longitude and latitude when the marker position is shifted by specifying the address.
