Fixed multiple bugs and added functionality

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed the bug that the footer home icon is not hidden even if the “Show home icon” checkbox is unchecked in the theme options.
■Fixed a bug that when you click the home icon in the footer, you will go to the top of the page instead of the top page.
■【IE11】Fixed a bug where the top of the article title on the treatment details category page was missing.
■Added custom script function.
