Quick tag and ranking page specification changes

【Contents of modification】
■Changes to the specifications of the theme options 【Quick Tags】.
　・Deleted “Flat Button”, “Rounded Button”, and “Round Button”.
　・Added “Button 3 Settings”.
　・Changed and corrected the names of the quick tags in the editor.
　　　”Custom button” → “Button”
　　　”Callout Right 3″ → “Callout Right 1″
　　　”Callout Right 4” → “Callout Right 2”
　・Removed “Quick Tag Settings” in the theme options “Basic Settings”.
■Added tab function to the ranking page.
　・It is now possible to display rankings for up to three periods.
※If the number of accesses is not counted for a period other than the whole period, it will start counting by applying another theme and then returning to this theme.
