Added functions of PR list and ranking list widgets, added advertising space

【Functionality added】
■The widget “PR List” can be set separately from the top page PR list set in the theme options.
■The widget “Ranking List” can be set separately from the top page ranking list set in the theme options.
■Added advertising space at the bottom of the top page. (You can choose between two 300×250 ads and four 300×60 ads.
