Multiple bug fixes/spec changes

【Contents of the fix】
■Changes to the loading screen specifications
(TCD Theme > Basic Settings > Load Screen Settings, you can select “Show load screen only on top page” or “Show load screen on top page and archive page”)
■【iPhone】Fixed a bug where the Hatena bookmark icon was not displayed on the share button in the fixed footer bar.
■Add horizontal writing setting item.
・Added the option to set horizontal writing in the article title and history category section in TCD Theme > Top Page > Content Builder “History” > Article Contents.
・Added a selection item that allows you to set horizontal writing for the article titles and historical categories of archive pages and related articles in TCD Theme > History > Display Settings > Article Content.
・Added the option to set horizontal writing for categories, titles, text displayed on eye catching images, block 1 headings, and block 2 headings in History in the article editing screen of the custom post “History” > Writing Direction.
・Added the option to set horizontal writing for E text in the fixed page “Template 1” article edit screen.
■Fixed the bug that the border color in the article is not reflected in TCD theme > Top page > Content builder “History”.
