Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fixes】
■Changed specifications so that the style of the article body is applied even in the top page free space.
■Fixed an error regarding the login judgment in the comment section.
■Corresponded to the specification change of the social button type 5 (official button) “Facebook Like Button”.
■Removed “Google+” from the settings of social buttons that are no longer in service.
■Fixed a bug in the top page hero header behavior when displayed on a smartphone.
(This was occurring when only “Show splash page in PC view” was checked in Theme Options > Top Page > Splash Page settings.)
■Changed Facebook OGP setting from old specification (fb:admins) to new specification (fb:app_id).
