7th FAKE (5th)

Top 5 Themes of 2022
Finally, here are the top 5. Except for 5th place, the long-selling themes from 2021 have secured their spots in the ranking.*Numbers in parentheses indicate last year’s ranking.
5th TENJIKU (New)
The WordPress theme “TENJIKU,” inspired by authentic Chinese restaurants, has taken 5th place. “Tenjiku” is an old term used in China and Japan to refer to India, as mentioned in the classic story Journey to the West.
The name conveys a desire for this theme to be used by restaurants aspiring to be the pinnacle of Asian cuisine.
4th GENSEN (4th)
For six consecutive years, “GENSEN” has ranked in the top 5.
“A demo that instantly turns viewers into fans”—it’s that impactful.
This theme allows for the creation of a portal site with advanced search functionality, making it ideal for affiliate marketing.
3rd CURE (3rd)
“CURE” is a highly popular theme across the medical field, ranking in the top 5 for the second consecutive year. It’s widely used by clinics, medical offices, and dental practices.
The emergency announcement bar displayed in the header has been implemented in all themes released after CURE.
2nd NANO (2nd)
A popular theme that has held a top 2 position for four consecutive years.

This theme has become the definitive choice for corporate sites, boasting unparalleled popularity and recognition.
Entering Our 14th Year
Having released 98 themes to date, TCD will be entering its 14th year next year.
