Fixed bugs and specification changes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented Pegman from being displayed.
■Changed the specification of the setting field of the width and height of the map.
　The slider setting has been removed and replaced with a numerical setting.
　It is now possible to set the height when displayed on a smartphone.
■Changed the order of the setting fields.
　The slider for zoom settings has been moved to just before the preview.
■Changed the shape of the cursor displayed on the map when the “Allow dragging” checkbox is unchecked.
