Fixed multiple bugs/changed fixed page template specifications

■【iPhone】Fixed a bug that the Hatena bookmark icon does not appear on the share button of the fixed footer bar.
■Fixed a bug in the table function (TinyMCE’s table function) included in the visual mode of Classic Editor.
(Responding to the error that the URL to load the JavaScript file in question cannot be found)
■Changed the specification to be able to use the rich editor in part A of the fixed page template 1 to 3.
(In addition, changed the specification to allow the use of HTML tags in some areas. (In addition, HTML tags can now be used in some areas, and annotations have been added to the relevant items.)
