Multiple bug fixes

【Details of fixes】
【Common to both Welcart and WooCommerce versions】
■Fixed a bug that CSS may not be applied when accessing pages that are still http (mixed content) when using the CSS code optimization function under SSL environment.
■【iPhone】Fixed an issue where the Hatena bookmark icon does not appear on the share button in the fixed footer bar.
■Fixed a bug where Googlemap would not display if Lazyload was turned on and the address was in Japanese.
■Added the ability to select square thumbnails for the product images displayed on the top page and product list page.
(TCD theme > Products > Display settings > Archive page settings, “Display product images as square” has been added. The settings in this section will also be reflected on the top page.
