Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug where optimization settings were not reflected correctly.
■Fixed a bug where Googlemap would not display if Lazyload was turned on and the address was in Japanese.
■【iPhone】Fixed a bug where the Hatena bookmark icon was not displayed on the share button in the fixed footer bar.
■Fixed an issue where the “Article Slider” and “Designed Article List” widgets would not display pickup articles when selected.
■Fixed the bug that the image set in the “Background image (for mobile)” of the fixed page is not reflected.
■Fixed a minor bug.
