Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fixes】 Quick Tags > Google Maps settings that caused the map to output the same state as -100 when the map saturation was set to 0.
■Fixed an error that occurs when the type of article to be displayed in the news ticker in the top page “Design Contents” is set to “Announcements.
■Fixed the bug that “Background Image (for mobile)” is not reflected in the fixed page header settings.
■Page builder update
・【Firefox、IE】Fixed the bug that Google map is unstable.
・Fixed the bug of switching editor and adjusted CSS in WordPress 5.5.
・Fixed a bug that the checkbox of the block border was removed when duplicating a block.
・Fixed other minor bugs.
