Fixed multiple display bugs in the smartphone version

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug that the bottom part of the top page slider (when displaying images for smartphones) was displayed with the bottom part cut off when displayed on a smartphone.
※Changed the display specification so that the set image is displayed in full size without cropping.
　As a result of this change, the recommended size for the relevant section has been changed as follows
Old: width 700px, height 400px
　　↓↓
New: Recommended size: width 700px, height 400px or more (the image will be displayed with the aspect ratio maintained)
■Fixed a bug that the catchphrase is not displayed at the top and bottom center of the top page slider (when displaying images for smartphones) when displayed on a smartphone.
■Fixed an issue where unnecessary text was displayed in the breadcrumb list on the event list page.
■Fixed a bug in which the right side of the image in the top page > 3 boxes content is displayed out of focus when viewed from a smartphone.
