Optimization of the smartphone version and multiple bug fixes

【Contents of fixes and function additions】
■Brush-up and adjustment of the smartphone version design (optimization of image display size, margins, and font size)
■Added fixed footer bar function for smartphones.
■Fixed a bug where the bottom menu of the drawer menu for smartphones could not be clicked when there were many items in the global menu.
※Improved specifications and display style of the drawer menu when viewed on a smartphone or tablet.
■Fixed a bug in which the third slider image was fixed in iPhone and iPad environments.
■Fixed an issue where the background color of the global menu sub-menu hover does not reflect the “main color of the site”.
