Specification change/page builder update

【Contents of modification】
■Added the function that the “Site” setting in the user settings is reflected in the “Contributor Profile” at the bottom of the post.
■Changed the specification so that HTML tags are not output as text in the excerpt text of the carousel in the top page “Campaign” contents.
※The HTML tags will be deleted after the specified number of characters have been extracted, so the number of characters displayed in the excerpt will be reduced by the amount of the deleted tags.
■Page builder update (for WordPress 5.5)
