Multiple adjustments and theme option bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in the content displayed under Theme Options > Top Page > Staff List that prevented elements other than headings from being displayed when viewed on a smartphone.
■Apply microdata structured markup recommended by google to breadcrumb list code.
■Fixed a bug that the same number (total number of comments) is displayed in all comment balloons in Dashboard > Comments > Comment List.
