Multiple adjustments and bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a problem where the “load screen” was displayed when the “back” button of the browser was pressed and the page transition was not made.
■Fixed a bug in which the “Phone” button on the fixed footer bar of smartphones -> “Loading screen” was displayed and the page did not transition to the dialing screen.
■Fixed a bug that prevented the launch of “LINE” in the fixed footer bar “Share” button on Android devices.
■Adjustments to the quick tag function.
・Fixed a bug where the tags output when using heading tags in the text editor would be identical.
・Fixed a bug that the button color is not reflected when using button tags in the visual editor.
■Fixed a bug where the same number (total number of comments) was displayed in the callouts of all comment destinations in Dashboard > Comments > Comments List.
