Two minor fixes/addition of custom script function

【Contents of the fixes】
■Fixed a bug that the loading image at the time of the month transition of the top page event contents was broken.
■Minor style changes to the top page header content when clicking on links.
■Added “Custom Script Function” in the basic settings of theme options.
