Modification of footer logo settings

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug that the header logo is changed when the footer logo is changed in the TCD theme options “Footer Settings”.
　With this fix, the footer logo image setting has been changed from the direct upload method to the media library use method.　The footer logo image may be reset when updating the theme, so please check it after the update.
