Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed an issue where the slider on the event page would not display properly when the search window in the header was hidden.
■Fixed a bug that the menu on the phone would not open when the search window in the header was hidden.
■Fixed a bug that the title of the widget “Navigation Menu (tcd version)” disappears after it is saved.
■Fixed the bug that “Open in new tab” would not be applied when setting the icon in the global menu.
■Fixed an issue where the global menu would disappear when the window size was changed.
■Styling of List Tags in Fixed Pages
■Adjusting the style of forms in the “Contact form 7” plugin
■Updated the page builder.
■Added display for search results and category archives to page header.
