Multiple bug fixes

[Contents of fix]
■Fixed a bug in the save process when using the “Content Builder” theme option.
■Updated the page builder.
■Fixed a bug in the “pagination display style” of fixed pages.
■Fixed the bug that the password protection is not reflected when using the fixed page template.
■Changed specifications so that buttons in the image of the top page “Contents 2” are displayed on smartphones.
■Fixed a bug that the text color and background color settings of the fixed page header settings are not reflected.
■Corrected the wording.
■【IE】Fixed the bug that the layout may be corrupted depending on the window size when the header content of the top page is set to “Image Slider”.
■【IE】Corrected a bug that the layout of the top page “Contents 1” might be corrupted.
