Multiple bug fixes

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug in which lead copy was not saved correctly in brand categories.
■Fixed a bug in which previews did not work properly on pages using Page Builder.
■Fixed a bug that the fixed footer bar icon for smartphones may not be displayed when the orientation of the smartphone is changed.
■Fixed an issue where the display position of the buttons on the IE brand page would be incorrect.
