Multiple bug fixes and feature additions

【Contents of fixes】
■Added a slider function.
■Added language link button function.
■Added the setting of the text color of the link text.
■Changed the wording of the “Show more articles” button so that it can be set as desired.
■Added the setting of “Order of articles” to the list of articles on the top page.
■Fixed a bug that unnecessary text may be displayed at the bottom of the footer when viewing from a smartphone.
■Fixed an error in the output of some of the quick tags.
■Fixed an issue where the layout of “Related Articles” would sometimes collapse.
■Added fixed page template “Category List”.
■Fixed an issue where the global menu would collapse momentarily when switching between PC and phone sizes.
■Adjusted the style.
