Fixed multiple bugs and added new features

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug where text on the top page “Events” list, etc., would sometimes extend outside of the column.
■Changed so that the footer area display content can be set as desired.
　・You can now choose to show or hide the company information.
　・If the footer widget is set, it will be displayed; if not, the entire space will be hidden.
■Newly added the function to display the profile under the article.
■Newly added “Link menu (for switching foreign language sites)” to theme options.
■Newly added “404 page” to theme options.
■Fixed a bug that only a part of articles are displayed when moving from “Project” detail page to each category list page.
■Fixed a bug that the header menu may collapse for a moment when the window size is changed.
■Fixed a bug that unnecessary text is sometimes displayed in the footer on smartphones.
■Added support for Gutenberg (WP5.2.x).
■Fixed the site search function so that contents created with Page Builder are also searchable.
