Multiple bug fixes and specification changes

【Contents of the fixes】
■Added access rights setting for the announcement page, since the announcement page was affected by the “guest (non-logged-in user) access rights setting” of the blog.
■The photo category archives were affected by the blog’s guest (non-logged-in user) access rights setting, so the photo access rights setting was modified to be reflected.
■Changed the specification of email notifications (changed from unread notifications to new notifications for both unread and read notifications for Like comments and member notifications).
■Fixed a bug that the preview confirmation screen is displayed in a loop when the fixed page of My Page is not set.
■Fixed a bug that the fixed footer bar is broken during login if the fixed footer bar is set to hide.
■Fixed a bug that My Page related pages stopped working when the fixed page set in the front page was set as the fixed page of My Page.
■Fixed a bug that the default photo sample does not have the category.
■Fixed a bug where the main image of the default blog sample and photo sample was not reflected in the main image of the front page editor because it was included as an eye catcher, and the image was copied to match the specification of not registering media.
■Fixed a bug where the content builder would not return without checking the sample article.
■Fixed a bug where the cursor would shift when typing on a phone.
■Corrected the wording of the theme options management screen.
■Fixed a bug where the slider save process in theme options.
■Fixed a bug where the display order of likes and accesses was wrong.
■Fixed a bug that the first post title is output to the OGP title in the archive.
■Fixed a bug that the description text displayed under the preview confirmation button of the blog post form / blog edit form was not output.
■Fixed a bug that the description text displayed under the preview confirmation button of the photo submission form / photo edit form was not output.
■【IE】Corrected the collapse of the responsive display of the photo list and blog list.
