Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Changed specifications so that when a footer CTA is closed, it will not be displayed in the same session.
■Fixed a bug in which the reset of the conversion and conversion rate for AB testing of footer CTAs did not work.
■Changed the specification of the description text under the carousel slider of the top page and gallery contents.
　・When there is an input in “Description (Right)”, it was equally divided into two columns regardless of the input column of “Left” or “Right”, but now it is divided into columns for each input column.
■Fixed a bug where the “Color/Transparency over image” item was not reflected in the review details page.
■Changed the specification to close the global navigation when scrolling within a page on the mobile version.
