Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed an issue where the layout of the related articles at the bottom of the article detail page would sometimes collapse when displayed on a smartphone.
■Fixed a bug that the layout of related articles at the bottom of the article details page was broken when viewed on a smartphone.
・Added “…” to the end of article titles when they are omitted.
・Added “…” to the end of excerpts.
・Added “…” to the end of excerpts. – Changed excerpts to left-aligned.
■Changed the thumbnail list widget to not display articles without eye catch.
■Changed the widget to support PHP 7.2.
■Added SSL support for Google Custom Search widget.
