Fixed multiple bugs

【Contents of the fix】
■Fixed a bug with quick tags in the visual editor.
■Modification of setting reflection conditions in Theme Options > Introduction Page > Archive Page
・Changed each category’s tagline to be displayed even if there is no setting on the theme options side.
・Changed so that theme option settings are reflected in the same way when there are no individual settings for each category.
■Fixed a bug in the article loading of the introduction page archive page.
■Fixed a bug in the “Show on top page” checkbox on the right side of the introduction page edit screen.
■Fixed a bug in the header search on iPad.
■Added an exclude category setting item to header search.
■Added an item to set the order of articles in the Top Page Content Builder “Latest Blog Posts”.
■Fixed Facebook OGP setting (changed from fb:admins ID setting to fb:app ID setting)
■Added checkbox “Open first tab (for smart phone)” to page builder “Tabs”.
